Install Projectri on iPhone and Android
The mobile apps carry the same account and the same data as the web app, live.
Getting them
- Download Projectri from the App Store or Google Play
- Sign in with the account you already use, or accept an invitation from the email on your phone
Push notifications
Allow notifications when asked and you will be told about task assignments, mentions, direct messages and reminders. You can narrow which of those reach you in Settings under Notifications — the choice is per category, not all-or-nothing.
Locking the app
Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode can lock Projectri itself. This is an extra lock on top of signing in, not a replacement for it; turn it on in Settings under Security. Skipping it costs you nothing else.
What is different on mobile
Everything you do day to day is there — tasks, boards, sprints, chat, documents, Nia and voice. The heavier admin screens, financial reports and the org chart are on the web.
