Company
The workspace name, its mark and its URL slug, with the live subscription underneath — plan, cost, renewal and how much of it is in use.

What it is
Company answers two questions on one screen. Above: what this workspace is called and what its mark looks like — an editing task, shown at the size everyone else sees it. Below: what the workspace is on, what it costs, when it renews, and how much of the plan is in use — a reading task.
How to get there
Admin → Organization → Company. The console needs the ADMIN role. Saving the name or the mark is keyed on settings.manage. The Subscription card is only rendered for somebody who can read billing; without it the rest of the page still works.
How to use it
Rename the workspace or change its mark
- Edit Company name. It appears in the sidebar, on invitations and at the top of every email this workspace sends.
- Under Workspace icon, press Upload image (or Replace). PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, up to 5 MB. Remove clears it and falls back to the generated mark.
- The save bar at the bottom appears once something is dirty. Save.
- The sidebar mark and the workspace switcher pick the change up straight away.
Copy the workspace link
- The Slug row shows
/<your-slug>with a copy button beside it. - The copy button puts the full workspace URL on your clipboard.
Read the subscription
The Subscription card shows the plan name and tier, the billing cycle, the renewal date, and — where a trial is running — how many days are left. Three meters underneath show Seats, Projects and Storage against the plan's ceilings. Outstanding and overdue amounts are called out when there are any.
Change plan
- Press Change plan and pick a tier from the list. Monthly and yearly are both priced.
- Where a card payment is configured and the plan carries a price, this opens checkout.
- Where it is not, or the plan is one sold by a person, the button says so rather than pretending. An upgrade path that silently does nothing is worse than one that admits it needs a conversation.
- The tier does not move when you click. It moves when the payment has actually been taken and the confirmation reaches us.
Managing an existing subscription — card details, invoices, cancellation — opens the billing portal.
What it affects
- The name and the mark are everywhere. The sidebar, the workspace switcher, invitation emails, and every outbound email this workspace sends.
- Branches inherit the mark. A branch with no mark of its own draws the company's, so replacing it here updates them all — see Branches.
- The plan sets hard ceilings. Seats, projects and storage are enforced at the moment somebody tries to exceed them: an invitation accepted past the seat ceiling is refused with the figures in the message, and an upload past the storage ceiling is refused before it is stored.
- This page and Billing read the same source, so the two cannot disagree about what the tenant is on.
On mobile
This screen is web only, but the app's Workspace settings screen carries the workspace name — it saves through the same route this page does.
Limits and gotchas
- The mark is uploaded before you save. Pressing Remove and then leaving without saving leaves the old mark in place.
- Nothing on this page writes the plan directly. The tier changes only when the payment provider confirms the subscription.
- The country, the working week, the timezone and the reporting currency are not here — they are on Settings. Company is identity; Settings is preference.
- A member without billing access sees no Subscription card at all, rather than an empty one.
